Nestling within the grounds of the owners' home and surrounded by wildlife, this property provides an excellent base for couples looking to explore this beautiful coastline. It is located in a central position in between the sea-side resorts of Whitby and Scarborough with only a 10 mile drive either way. The cottage boasts of panoramic views over Robin Hoods Bay and out to sea and you can also enjoy spectacular views of the sunrise that are not to be missed, which can be appreciated whilst relaxing in the outside patio area complete with furniture.

Heated by oil central heating and comprises:Lounge/kitchen/Diner: With TV/Freeview, built in DVD Wi-Fi and wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and washing machine.Bedroom: With king size bed.Bathroom: With shower cubicle, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
All power, heating, bed linen and towels are provided. Starter pack of logs.
Enclosed patio with furniture. Pets by arrangement with owner. Property has a spring water supply with a U.V.filter, owner has asked guests to boil the water or buy bottled water.
Change over day on a Friday.

This delightful cottage is formerly the old dairy has been lovingly converted and offers "upside down" accommodation with panoramic views of Robin Hoods Bay.
Nestling within the grounds of the owner's home, the cottage overlooks a pretty duck pond and has a private garden area allocated solely for your use. Conveniently situated for exploring the many resorts which lie on the East Coast with the Cleveland Way close by and the North Yorkshire Moors, otherwise known as Heartbeat Country, easily accessible.

No pets allowed.
The Old Dairy has oil fired central heating and comprises: Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer and slim line dishwasher. There are public laundry facilities 500 yards away. Bedroom: With super king-size bed . Shower room: With WC and hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point.
First floor
Lounge/diner: With TV, radio/CD player, Ipod dock, double sofa bed and panoramic views.
All fuel, electric, bed linen and towels included. Wi-fi internet connection available. Property has a spring water supply with a U.V.filter, owner has asked guests to boil the water or buy bottled water.
Lawned garden with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. (the owner has informed us today 4th April 2012 that there is a garage serving petrol 500 yards from the property. There is also a bus stop 200 yards from the property runing every 1/2 hour) Please Note: Young children must be supervised as there is a duck pond nearby. The bedroom is open to the stairs and the bathroom.
Change over day on Saturday.
